Hennessy Paradis Extra Rare Cognac

VISUAL: Dark walnut with a distinct, deep reddish tinge

NOSE: Spices, pepper, floral, wood, marshmallows, gingerbread, oolong tea aromas

PALATE: Leathery entry. Initially sweet, followed by increasing verbena (a flower) aromas, chocolate, custard apple followed by mandarin orange peel.  *Rancio flavours.

FINISH: Long finish of Sweet Pedro Ximenez (white grape) note, honeyed and dry.

The Hennessy Paradis Extra Cognac is a blend of more than 200 eaux de vie aged up to more than 100 years in Hennessy's "Founder's Cellars", containing some of the oldest and finest eaux de vie.

This Cognac is a veritable fireworks display of spices and peppery notes, softened by the fragrant scent of flowers. Finesse and elegance are the major characteristics. Old tawny port, cedar, eucalyptus, cigar box, tobacco, old muscat wine, nutmeg

Fourth Rancio stage: 50 to 60 years
Tropical fruits, passion, lyche wood scents: sandal wood
